When reflecting on the key concepts of AI learned in Module 1 and its intersection with human-centered design, it is important to highlight the enormous power of technology in the area of education and the importance of managing it responsibly. The introduction of AI has been revolutionary, but it requires an ethical framework that takes into account responsible AI. This ensures that as AI systems become more complex, they remain aligned with human values and social well-being, especially in the area of teaching, so that both students and teachers can responsibly leverage these resources.  At the conclusion of Module 1, several key learnings from the topics covered throughout the course can be highlighted. Beginning with the initial topic, “Introduction to AI,” we, as future educators, gained an understanding of the fundamental concepts of AI and its applications in education. This knowledge fosters a learning environment that encourages innovation and critical thinking for both students and teachers.
